About Pacy

Pacy was founded in 2024 by Joakim Kempff and Joakim Liljedahl with a conviction that should be obvious but often is not: skill development should show in how people work, not just in how many have completed a course.

The platform replaces passive course consumption with active training in teams everyday work — structured sessions that build real skills and stronger collaboration. Built on research in cognitive science, behavioral change and organizational learning.

Between them, the founders bring experience from early-stage startups to organizations with hundreds of employees across multiple continents — and both experienced the same frustration: how hard it is to develop skills in a way that actually sticks in daily work.
