Joakim Liljedahl
Joakim has led brand and marketing at Sony Mobile and Motorola/Lenovo. His work included the transition from Sony Ericsson to Sony Mobile and Motorola’s relaunch across the Nordics and Benelux. He also co-founded and built the sports technology company WRLDS.

Joakim Kempff
Joakim has spent 25 years in business development and marketing, including more than 15 years leading companies through change. He was previously Nordic CCO and later CEO of Edisen’s European business, which had around 200 employees across six offices. He also has board experience in technology and retail.
A decision does not change what a team does by itself.
A business objective is set and presented. Then work continues, and customer conversations sound much as they did before. The intention is there, but the team never gets the chance to practice what should change. That is why Pacy exists.
Built from real-world experience
Pacy has developed through work with teams and organizations in several industries. The training formats have varied, but the principle remains the same: training starts with situations the participants actually face and focuses on what they need to do.
