FAQ
Questions about Pacy, answered
The home page gives the short answers. Here you’ll find more detail.
What Pacy is
- What is Pacy?
- Pacy lets you create training for the customer conversations your team needs to handle better. Tell Pacy what you want the team to work on, and about an hour later you have a program built from your company’s own customer situations, objections and examples. When you publish it, every team member gets their own AI coach for short, private practice sessions. When the need changes, you can build another program.
- Who is Pacy for?
- Pacy is for someone responsible for a business objective and a team that works with customers. That might be a sales manager, a business unit leader or the CEO of a smaller company. Who practices depends on the program. Pacy is not limited to sales teams: account managers, after-sales teams, engineers, advisers, project managers and consultants may all be relevant.
- How is Pacy different from a training course?
- A training course is created before your current need is known. A Pacy program is created after you describe what the team needs now, using situations and objections from your own work with customers. The difference is one of order and specificity, not quality. Material from an existing training course can also be used in the program, and you can build another one when the need changes.
- We have bought sales training before and it led nowhere. How is this different?
- With Pacy, the first session is the start. The team then practices current customer situations in short sessions over time, using content from your own business. When the need changes, you build another program. Material from training you have already bought can become part of the new program rather than being written off.
The program
- Who builds the training program?
- You describe what you want the team to work on. An AI agent asks follow-up questions in a chat about the business, your customers and the objections the team hears. Pacy creates a draft from your answers. You review it before anyone else sees it, and the program is published only when you decide it is ready.
- What happens when the offer or target segment changes?
- You build a new program. Each Pacy program reflects a particular situation: your pricing, a type of customer and the objections the team encounters. When those change, you build the next program for the new situation. Every new program costs the same.
- How long does a program last?
- For as long as the need remains relevant. There is no fixed end date. In practice, you build a new program when the business objective changes, the offer changes or the team starts encountering a new situation.
- Can we use material we already have?
- Yes. Sales materials, product descriptions, price lists and training you have already bought can all be used as source material. Pacy uses what you already have rather than replacing it.
The coach, the team and privacy
- How does the coach learn about our customers?
- The coach learns from the material used to create the program: your business, customer types, situations and recurring objections. It has no access to your CRM, email or recorded customer meetings. The coach can also remember what a team member chooses to discuss in their private sessions and use it to adapt later sessions.
- As a manager, can I see each person’s practice sessions?
- You can see which sessions have been completed and the team’s activity as a whole. You cannot see what anyone said in an individual session. Practice happens in a private voice session, so each person can get something wrong, try again and keep the attempt private.
- Can colleagues see one another’s practice sessions?
- No. Each person practices privately with their own coach. What the team shares is the program, so everyone practices the same situations without seeing anyone else’s sessions.
- What happens if someone on the team does not practice?
- You can see which sessions have been completed. What happens next is a management decision; Pacy does not take that responsibility over. Sessions take about ten minutes and can be completed whenever time allows.
Follow-up and what happens after the trial
- How do I know whether the training makes a difference?
- Pacy can show that practice has taken place. It does not listen to customer conversations or measure commercial outcomes, so it cannot prove what changed in the meetings. You can assess that through your own observations and business measures. What Pacy provides is a way for the team to prepare for upcoming customer situations and talk through previous ones.
- What happens after the trial?
- The trial lasts 14 days. You do not need to enter payment details to build and try a program. Publishing costs €250 per program, plus €59 per user per month for each person who practices. You can cancel anytime, and all prices exclude VAT. If you do nothing, the program remains unpublished.
- Can we start with part of the team?
- Yes. You decide who receives the program when you publish it, and you pay per user. Starting with the group where the need is clearest can be a practical way to try the program before adding more people.
