01 The team

The skills that matter in customer conversations can be practiced.

Six situations the team encounters every week, from the first question to the next opportunity.

  1. The plan has to hold when the customer objects.

Everything makes sense on paper. Then an objection arrives halfway through a sentence, with no time to rewrite the answer.

  2. The meeting ends. The next step still has to happen.

The way forward seems obvious when everyone leaves. A week later, someone still has to keep it moving.

  3. Skill shows in what people do.

One more question. A pause left unfilled. An answer that is actually followed up. These are things you can see—and practice.

  4. The person the customer trusts most does not always work in sales.

An engineer or adviser often hears that something is changing while helping the customer with something else.

  5. A new offer needs words that work with customers.

The price is set and the material is ready. The team still needs to explain the value in its own words before saying it to a customer.

  6. Shadowing comes to an end.

Sooner or later, a new colleague takes their own customer meetings. The questions and the words should have been said out loud many times before then.

Every customer conversation is match day … we hardly ever train.

02 Who Pacy is for

The team is doing well. You know it can do more.

You lead a team that works closely with customers in a B2B company. The expertise is already there. You want it to make more of a difference to the business.

  • A new business objective asks something different of the team.
  • The standard varies from one meeting to the next.
  • A new segment, offer or buying pattern changes what the team needs to do.
  • No ready-made program covers what the team needs to practice.
03 Built for your business

Your program would not work for another company.

The program is built from your pricing, your customers and the objections your team hears every week. Change the company, and the content no longer fits.

“You get a lot of the usual stuff: now it’s the sales pitch, now it’s the elevator pitch … It’s very hard to connect those pieces to how we actually work.”
Sales director · construction industry
04 How it works

Your program is ready in about an hour.

You know the business. Pacy knows what to ask and how to turn your answers into training.

  1. Tell Pacy what you want the team to work on

An AI agent asks you about the business objective, your customers and the situations the team encounters. You answer in a chat, using examples from your business.

  2. Review the program

Pacy creates a draft from your answers. You can remove something, add something or ask for a different direction.

  3. Publish when you’re ready

No one on the team sees the program until you publish it. Once you do, the first sessions can begin.

What might otherwise become a project starts here as a conversation.

Build it using situations from your business and try it for 14 days.

05 Who practices

The same business. Different roles in it.

  • The experts

Consultants, engineers and advisers who help develop customer relationships and opportunities without moving into a dedicated sales role.

They already have the customer’s trust and are often the first to hear that something is changing. They don’t need to take on a sales role. They need to know what to ask next—and what to do with the answer.

“You don’t need an advanced sales pitch or anything. Just show genuine interest.”
    Sales lead · analytics consultancy
  • Sales and account teams

Teams where the same offer sounds different depending on who is in the meeting.

The strategy is shared. In each meeting, it still takes a different form. More people can practice what already works in your best customer conversations.

“How do we help everyone on the team use our best ways of working in every customer meeting?”
Sales process lead · Nordic consulting firm
06 A moment from a real customer conversation

The same objection. Two ways the conversation can go.

“We already have a supplier we’re happy with.”

  • The reply that opens up the conversation

“That sounds good. What do you value most about working with them?”

The customer starts explaining what matters to them.

  • The reply that closes down the conversation

“I understand. But we’re different in a few important ways.”

The presentation begins. The customer has no reason to say more.

The team practices moments like this using objections from its own customer work.

The situation comes from a real customer conversation. The responses are illustrative.

07 How the team practices

This is where it can go wrong first.

The team practices situations from its own work with customers before it has to handle them with a customer. In a private voice session with their AI coach, each person can try, get feedback and try again. A session takes about ten minutes on mobile or web.

A session might sound like this

  1. Customer A competitor has offered us a better price. What do you say to that?
  2. Employee What’s included in their price? Ours includes the service.
  3. The AI coach Good first question. Stay with it and let the customer answer. Otherwise, you start defending your price before you know what they are comparing it with.

Illustrative example. In a real session, the objection comes from your own customer meetings.

  • Out loud, in a private voice sessionThe team member answers in their own voice, just as they would in a customer meeting. The coach listens and gives immediate feedback.
  • Private, not in front of the groupNo one else hears the session. The team member can get it wrong, try again and hear what changes.

Each team member gets their own coach

Before the next customer meeting, the coach helps the team member prepare for what they need to handle. Afterwards, they can explain what happened, and the coach adapts the next session.

Frequently asked questions

What does Pacy cost and what is included?

Pacy costs €250 for each published training program and €59 per user per month for each person who practices. You can build and try a program for fourteen days at no cost. When you publish the program, the team can use it on the web or in the mobile app. Each team member gets a personal coach, and you can cancel anytime. Prices exclude VAT.

What do I need to do as a manager to build a training program in Pacy?

You need to know your business and what the team should sharpen. An AI agent in Pacy interviews you in a chat about the goal, your customers and the situations the team encounters. Pacy then builds a draft program that you can review and edit.

Does Pacy need to be integrated with our systems before we can try it?

No. You can build and try a program in Pacy without integrations or help from IT. Your own internal processes determine who needs to approve a purchase, but during the trial you can show decision-makers a completed program.

Can Pacy complement the sales training we already have?

Yes. Your existing sales training, models and materials can be used as input when you build a program in Pacy. The program also draws on situations and objections from your own work with customers, so the team practices what it actually encounters.

How long does a training session take in Pacy?

A training session in Pacy takes around ten minutes and is completed individually on mobile or web. The employee practices in a private voice chat with their AI coach, so the team does not need to schedule time together.

What can a Pacy training program cover?

A Pacy training program can cover the full range of commercial conversations with customers: understanding customer needs, involving the right people, defending value when price is challenged, advancing the deal, growing existing accounts or following up after delivery. It can also prepare new colleagues for their first customer meetings. When priorities change, you build a new program.

Which languages can teams train in with Pacy?

Teams can train in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, English, French and German.
